About the Role

Schlotzsky’s Associates are responsible for delivering high-quality, made-to-order foods and maintaining a clean, healthy dining environment for guests. Associates are trained to work multiple stations and are expected to contribute to team success through collaboration and following leadership direction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality made to order foods.
• Provide a clean and healthy eating environment for guests.
• Work in one or more stations in the restaurant.
• Accept assignments and follow leadership direction.
• Adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards.
• Report to work timely for each scheduled shift.
• Arrive and depart from work meeting all uniform and grooming standards.
• Become familiar with and adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
• Smile at all times.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age to operate certain kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to lift a 33-gallon trash bag from a trash container.
• Must be able to stand and walk throughout a scheduled shift.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, and kneel to reach products or clean areas.
• Must be able to perform repetitive hand and arm motions.
• Must be able to perform repetitive slicing motions with a sharp knife.
• Must be able to handle hot food by hand for several seconds at a time.
• Must adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards.
• Must report to work timely for each scheduled shift.
• Must arrive and depart from work meeting all uniform and grooming standards.
• Must become familiar with and adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
