About the Role
RAM Partners, LLC is seeking individuals who excel at customer service to connect with prospective residents, identify their needs, and secure lease agreements for Renaissance at North Bend.
Responsibilities
- Generate interest by highlighting community features and benefits.
- Communicate effectively with potential residents throughout the leasing process.
- Serve as a resource for residents, addressing concerns and finding resolutions.
- Build lasting relationships to foster resident retention and acquisition.
- Perform administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- Coordinate resident activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
