About the Role
Retlif Testing Laboratories in Ronkonkoma, NY is seeking a full-time Sales Administrative Assistant to provide critical administrative support to the Sales and Engineering Departments. This role involves generating and processing job quotes and purchase orders, performing customer follow-ups, and monitoring the job quote tracking system to support customer needs and company growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate and process job quotes
- Process purchase orders, including opening and closing jobs
- Interact directly with customers to perform job quote and sales follow-ups
- Utilize and monitor the job quote tracking system
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of sales and administrative experience
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines
- Eligibility for U.S. Department of Defense Secret Clearance, including U.S. Citizenship
- Must pass a background screening
