About the Role

Wattpad is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to join its Advertising team. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with advertising partners, supporting campaign execution, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Set up and execute brand campaigns in collaboration with the Client Success team.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for the creative sales process.
• Respond to RFPs and provide strategic recommendations.
• Post content and manage brand profiles for live campaigns.
• Review advertising copy, influencer content, and other branded content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Assist with campaign setup and ensure correct ad serving.
• Acquire and integrate industry knowledge on trends, technologies, and competitors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing, and WEBTOON Studios teams.
• Optimize campaigns and meet client KPIs with the business operations team.
• Gather key learnings and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Maintain central team resources (Google Drive) and perform administrative duties like billing and invoicing.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in an advertising or marketing agency setting (internship and co-op included).
• Basic understanding of the advertising campaign lifecycle.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication skills and a client-first attitude.
• Experience working with digital media.
• Some experience working directly with brands, creative, media, and social agencies.
• Experience with branded content and native advertising products is an asset.
• Experience in the entertainment and/or CPG industry is an asset.
• Authorized to work in Canada (excluding Quebec).
