About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, highly personable and enthusiastic Prefabricated Fireplace Installer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and looking to break into the hearth industry with no prior experience necessary. As the Prefabricated Fireplace Installer, you will be the last impression of our company and will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers. Responsibilities

Build good rapport with on-site customers while on site.
Manage schedule and time to efficiently complete jobs.
Use Company Vehicle to travel to job sites.
Fill out pre & post paperwork on time & in detail.
Keep track of on-site issues and report them to appropriate individuals if unable to resolve.
Provide feedback for process improvements.
Perform various logistical tasks as needed.
Maintain organization of tools, vehicle, and files.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Physically able to carry 75 lbs up steps.
Climb and work on ladders, roofs, and heights in excess of 25’.

Requirements

U.S. work authorization and valid Driver’s License.
Current Driver's License with clean driving record.

Proven record of building customer relationships
