About the Role
We are looking for a senior data scientist to join our team at DIA, working with complex data sets to solve real-world problems and support warfighters and policymakers with decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Work with complex data sets to solve real-world problems.
- Support the warfighter and policy makers with decision making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with major data science languages, such as Python and R.
- 3+ years of experience retrieving, merging, and analyzing structured and unstructured data sources from APIs and databases through Python, R, and/or SQL.
- Experience with database design and administration in DBMS such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Experience with data analytics, data mining, statistical analysis, or AI/ML.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI poly.
- Bachelor’s degree + 8 YOE or 12 YOE years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
