About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Demo Strategist to own CJM demo strategy across Adobe Journey Optimizer, Campaign, Target, Marketo, Dynamic Chat, and Agentic Apps. You will be accountable for ensuring global field and partner teams have compelling, current demo capabilities aligned with Adobe’s go-to-market motions. This role involves turning complex technology into stories that sell.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, fill, publish, and evangelize demo needs using the Demo Strategy Framework.
  • Collaborate with PM, PMM, and Engineering to surface new demo needs.
  • Perform delta analysis against existing demo inventory.
  • Build and ship demo assets to close identified gaps.
  • Develop demos across the three-tier model (video, clickable, live).
  • Own demo environment strategy and tooling, including Demo System Next, Walnut, and Consensus.
  • Partner with internal engineering to translate gaps into live demonstrability.
  • Lead Agentic Apps demo readiness, curating scripts and prompt libraries.
  • Champion discoverability through Demo Hub.
  • Actively enable the global field on new offerings.
  • Own the feedback loop to refine demo strategy.
  • Manage programs across tools, solutions, and industries.
  • Drive alignment and mitigate risks in demo strategy programs.
  • Own critical metrics reporting on demo effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in demo strategy, solutions consulting, pre-sales, or a related GTM role.
  • Direct experience with B2C and B2B digital marketing platforms (Adobe experience preferred).
  • Technical fluency with platform workflows, schemas, data flow, and integration points in a martech ecosystem.
  • Track record managing complex, cross-functional programs across product, marketing, engineering, and field teams.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to senior leaders and global audiences.

  • $111,700 - $215,750 annually (US)
  • $149,000 - $215,750 annually (California)
  • $149,000 - $215,750 annually (New York)
  • $126,300 - $182,850 annually (Illinois)
