About the Role

This role involves managing complex accounting advisory engagements and supporting capital markets transactions within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple accounting advisory engagements supporting capital markets transactions and complex accounting matters.
• Apply technical accounting knowledge to assess transaction impacts and financial reporting considerations.
• Coordinate engagement planning, execution, and delivery to meet client expectations and timelines.
• Review technical accounting analyses and client deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Supervise and develop senior associates and supervisors across concurrent engagements.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and service lines to deliver integrated Deal Services Advisory support.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement efficiency and enhance client value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 6–11 years of professional experience.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• Strong U.S. GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience leading teams across multiple engagements.
• Ability to travel up to 25% based on engagement needs.
• Must not require sponsorship now or in the future.
