About the Role
This role is key to delivering exceptional customer service and developing leadership potential within the customer service team. You will assist customers, manage inquiries, and contribute to an efficient workflow, with opportunities for growth into leadership positions.
Responsibilities
- Monitors and processes customer messages via calls, email, and online inquiries.
- Enters customer messages into the company CRM for tracking and reporting.
- Contacts customers via phone and email to clarify information and establish resolutions.
- Coordinates with internal staff to ensure customer requests and complaints are addressed.
- Provides first-line customer service support.
- Handles omni-channel customer service inquiries and routes them to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- Previous receptionist, data entry, customer service, or call center experience is preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to manage high call volume (100 calls minimum).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, email scheduling tools, internet, and internet-based applications.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Ability to maintain self-direction in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mind, with the ability to suggest improvements.
