- Facilitate process workshops, walkthroughs, and validation sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Produce clear, high-quality process maps, user journeys, and operating models.
- Lead requirements elicitation across business, operations, and commercial teams.
- Translate business processes into clear functional and non-functional requirements for CRM configuration and build.
- Maintain strong traceability between business needs, process designs, and system requirements.
- Own and maintain the CRM requirements backlog, supporting prioritization decisions.
- Facilitate vendor selection decisions via stakeholder demos and RFP processes.
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, including external CRM vendors.
- Explain business intent, constraints, and priorities to technical teams clearly.
- Review solution designs to ensure alignment with agreed processes and business outcomes.
- Support data, integration, and reporting discussions to ensure effective end-to-end CRM workflows.
- Accountable for the delivery of the CRM workstream within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
- Maintain a pragmatic workstream plan, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Facilitate regular working sessions, stand-ups, and delivery check-ins.
- Provide clear status updates, issue logs, and decision tracking.
- Escalate risks and dependencies early to support program-level decision-making.
Requirements
