About the Role
This position involves performing on-site hardware repairs and installations for laptop and desktop units. You will confirm service times with customers, pick up parts from designated shipping stores, and complete services at customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units.
- Confirm service times with customers via the tech portal.
- Pick up parts daily from assigned Fed Ex or UPS stores.
- Complete services at customer sites (residential and commercial).
- Drop off old parts with provided pre-paid labels.
Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Comfortable with daily local travel.
- Access to a computer and the Internet.
- Available to log into the tech portal by 9 am on working days.
- Regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays per week.
