About the Role

As the Brand Planning Manager for Maison Francis Kurkdjian (MFK), you will lead local Demand and Supply Planning activities for the brand across North America, ensuring product availability and optimizing costs. This role supports the integration of MFK within LVMH Beauty North America, defining planning processes and acting as the primary planning partner.

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve the local demand forecast for MFK North America using historical sales, market trends, and retailer inputs.
  • Manage replenishment and inventory planning to ensure product availability and achieve service targets.
  • Support new product launches by translating demand plans into actionable supply strategies.
  • Monitor and challenge the Air/Sea (RAMA) ratio to minimize environmental impact and costs.
  • Champion inventory health, managing overstock and identifying unneeded inventory to mitigate obsolescence risks.
  • Lead monthly Stock Reviews, projecting inventory levels and reporting risks and opportunities to Finance.
  • Design, implement, and improve planning processes supporting MFK's integration into the LVMH Beauty planning organization.
  • Serve as the primary planning partner for the MFK North America organization, building strong partnerships with Brand leadership, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain management, Business Analytics, Data Management, or a related quantitative field is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional candidates with a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical skills, and relevant previous experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Supply Chain Management, or a related analytical function.
  • Very strong analytical skills including data crunching, automation of analysis, reporting, and data synthesis.
  • Strong problem-structuring skills, intellectual rigor, and ability to translate complex analytical insights into clear business recommendations.
  • Capacity and willingness to conduct problem solving.
  • Ability to lead improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills with all departments, management levels & France.
  • Ability to influence without authority and engage senior stakeholders through structured, fact-based reasoning.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel.
  • Ease in the use of Power BI.
  • Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems and forecasting systems is preferred.
  • Fluency or working knowledge of French is nice to have.
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
