About the Role
We are looking for Hosts that believe in treating our Guests with first-class service and incredible hospitality! The Pacific Catch, Inc. family strives to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional individuals who embrace and live out the company’s Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards in all their work activities and interactions with Guests and fellow Team Members.
Responsibilities
- Be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with Guests, inviting Guests in, seating Guests, introducing the menu, and answering the phone
Requirements
- Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant Team Members
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload.
- Ability to prioritize well and remember all Guest requests
- Embraces all Pacific Catch’s Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards
- Ability to operate a POS system and Open Table Software
- Ability to accurately handle cash and all financial transactions
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
