Responsibilities
- Conducting valuations of residential and commercial properties.
- Applying national and international valuation methods and standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, ImmoWertV & BelWertV).
- Performing property inspections.
- Creating property, market, and location analyses.
- Preparing valuation reports in German and English.
- Operating in an international work environment for national and international clients.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Economics, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
- Initiated steps towards MRICS / HypZert F qualification or already obtained MRICS / HypZert F.
- 2-3 years of practical experience in real estate valuation.
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and English language proficiency.
- Independent work style, high commitment, motivation, and ambition.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and strong customer orientation.
- Passion and enthusiasm for the real estate industry.
