About the Role
Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service are consistently delivered. This role is for experienced Restaurant Managers passionate about guests and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
- Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hiring of hourly employees.
- Direct employee work, including setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks.
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
- Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
- Supervise and oversee food production and preparation according to established recipes and procedures.
- Conduct formal line Taste & Temps.
- Enforce appropriate security measures to ensure employee and guest safety.
- Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory.
- Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures.
- Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals.
