About the Role

The Regional SHE Manager will drive the company’s commitment to safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to Corporate HSE and UK regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture. This role provides technical support to Senior Management and assists UK hotels in implementing and monitoring safety requirements and accreditations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SHE engagement with hotel management and supervisors through training, implementation, audit, and feedback.
• Act as the primary point of contact for a designated hotel cluster regarding enforcement or external SHE authorities.
• Manage RIDDOR reporting and interactions with EHO and fire authorities.
• Develop and deliver region-wide SHE training materials.
• Implement and maintain SHE management systems to promote continuous improvement and maintain certifications.
• Provide technical support for planned improvement activities and ad-hoc SHE requests.
• Serve as the primary contact for security events and ensure maintenance of personal and property security measures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HSE management within the industry.
• NEBOSH diploma qualification.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
• Knowledge of ISO accreditation audit processes and requirements.
• Proven track record of managing HSE programs and initiatives.
