About the Role

An 18-month graduate programme designed to shape the next generation of engineers through hands-on experience, impactful work, and deep exposure to the full product lifecycle. You will be coding from day one, rotating across front end, back end, DevOps, and product teams within agile, cross-functional squads.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to production code that reaches real users.
  • Build scalable, reliable, and performant software.
  • Learn and apply engineering best practices across the stack.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to solve meaningful problems.
  • Explore different areas of the tech team via team rotations.
  • Be part of the full software development lifecycle in an agile environment.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD).
  • Recent graduates or 1-2 years working in industry post-degree.
  • Solid programming and software design fundamentals.
  • Experience with relational databases and a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms.
  • An interest in full-stack development – from UI to infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Curiosity, humility, and a passion for learning and technology.
  • Great knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C++.
