About the Role

Wild is seeking a holistic, high-energy Senior Planner to integrate demand and supply planning, driving global strategy and owning total inventory, supply, and global demand signals across DTC and Retail channels. This role requires a commercial builder and strong leader capable of challenging the status quo to scale the company from a startup to a scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the connective tissue between demand signals and supply execution, ensuring commercial ambition aligns with inventory and factory capacities.
  • Own and coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle, leading forecasting sessions, supply constraint reviews, and reconciliation against the business plan.
  • Translate demand signals into robust supply and capacity plans, optimizing inventory health and product availability in collaboration with manufacturing partners.
  • Own global forecast inputs for DTC and retail channels, translating EPOS data and buyer insights into operational order plans.
  • Monitor global stock cover, aged stock, and write-off risk, owning the Risks and Opportunities register and leading mitigation workstreams.
  • Support range review processes to ensure clean transitions between old and new SKUs, preventing stockouts and excess write-offs.
  • Manage bottom-up consensus and reconcile against top-down financial targets, articulating gaps, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Manage and develop the Planning Team, building their technical and commercial capability.
  • Act as a cross-functional collaborator with Commercial, Finance, and Logistics, challenging behaviors and driving commercial alignment.
  • Synthesize complex end-to-end planning challenges into clear narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience spanning both demand and supply planning with knowledge across the E2E supply chain in a fast-paced environment.
  • 7+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience operating in fast-moving, high-growth settings, with the ability to build infrastructure.
  • Experience running end-to-end S&OP or IBP cycles in a consumer goods environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to manipulate and interrogate large datasets using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or BI platforms.
  • High agency and leadership, with the ability to challenge the status quo and build tools or processes to improve operations.
