About the Role
As a Middle Office Senior Analyst, you will deliver operational support and reporting across post-trade activities, cash management, and reconciliation processes for delegated investment client portfolios. The role involves ensuring the accurate and timely execution of transactions, maintaining strong control frameworks, and supporting the effective day-to-day running of middle office operations. You will leverage internal and proprietary systems to review, analyse, and report on client and operational data, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and deliver high-quality service to clients’ plans.
Responsibilities
- Execute trade confirmations with Managers.
- Perform periodic position reconciliations.
- Conduct daily cash reconciliations.
- Monitor and maintain liquidity, including cash forecasting for benefit payments, expenses, and trade activity.
- Manage trade settlements, including callback verification if required.
- Process free cash movements, including distributions, capital calls, and invoices.
- Handle FX spot instructions.
- Process liquidity fund instructions.
- Monitor capital calls and distributions, and track PE capital commitments and distributions.
- Manage exceptions in cash management processes.
- Manage exceptions for trade instructions to Custodians.
- Coordinate custody transitions, including conversions at take-on and changes to client custodians.
- Support custody audits.
- Facilitate custodial account opening.
- Manage country/market opening processes.
- Handle tax reclamations.
- Provide day-to-day management and oversight of Custodians.
