Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years post-qualification experience
  • Experience in general civil litigation
  • Experience with all funding arrangements including private, CFA and LEI
  • Experience in at least one of the following disciplines: Contentious probate, Professional negligence, Property disputes
  • Good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a busy and varied caseload effectively
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client care and upholding the firm’s ethical standards
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
