About the Role
We are seeking a German-Speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers on behalf of Mercedes. This remote role, based in Greece, involves handling customer inquiries via telephone, email, and online chat. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Answering customer enquiries remotely via telephone, email, and online chats.
Requirements
- C1/C2 level of German, both written and verbal.
- High level of English.
- Native language and nationality must be clearly listed in C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Valid EU passport.
- Must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate there.
