About the Role
We are seeking a German-Speaking Customer Service Agent to provide remote support to Miele customers via telephone, email, and online chat. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Answering customer enquiries remotely via telephone, email, and online chats.
Requirements
- C1/C2 level of German, both written and verbal.
- High level of English.
- Native language and nationality clearly listed in C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Valid EU passport.
- Must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate there.
