Responsibilities
- Oversee operations at Drybar Shops and Radiant Waxing.
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Create an environment where team members and guests have positive experiences.
- Ensure excellent communication between ownership, providers, and guests.
- Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
- Delegate tasks effectively.
- Train and motivate team members.
- Assist and perform services as needed (Cosmetology license/hair stylist experience a plus).
