Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repair of production equipment.
• Electrical maintenance of machinery and systems.
• Independently perform minor installations, control modifications, and expansions.
• Undertake and manage projects in machine programming and automation.
• Administer production networks.
• Conduct vulnerability analyses and implement corrective actions for machinery and systems.
• Maintain machine and system documentation.
• Manage spare parts inventory and associated procurement processes.
• Coordinate external repair services.
• Adhere to current SOPs and electrical safety regulations.
• Participate in on-call duty rotations.

Requirements

• Completed training as an automation technician or equivalent/higher qualification.
• Several years of experience in automation and PLC programming.
• Excellent knowledge of common hardware and software machine controls, specifically Siemens S7, TIA Portal, WinCC flexible, B+R Automation Studio, CodeSys.
• Independent and self-directed work style.
• Team player with reliability.
• Hands-on mentality.
• Solution-oriented thinking.
• High quality awareness.
• Very good German language skills.
