About the Role

The Associate Intern Program is a 10-week program designed to provide a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, growth aspirations, and customer drivers. Interns collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, interacting with clients and various internal specialists to develop consulting skills and a comprehensive understanding of our approach.

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of client businesses and customer bases, including growth factors and market condition impacts.
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams to answer strategic questions through brand, marketing, and digital strategies for Fortune 500 companies.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze data, and engage in creative problem-solving to formulate hypotheses.
• Present insightful and actionable recommendations to internal senior leaders and clients.

Requirements

• Recently graduated or in the final year of studies.
• Relevant, approved work authorization for the office the role is based in.
• An interest in consulting and strategy, or exposure through internships, academic projects, or other relevant experiences.
• Well-developed critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative thinking capabilities.
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of, and passion for, brand, digital, and marketing strategy, and their impact on business outcomes.
• A curious mind with a commitment to finding answers, testing approaches, learning new skills, and challenging assumptions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt to changing client, project, and team circumstances.
• Written and verbal Business German and English is essential.
• Familiarity with AI tools, AI strategy or implementation experience, and/or exposure to GenAI application.
