Responsibilities

- Identify and automate repetitive production tasks using AI tools.
- Implement AI tools strategically, guided by creative judgment.
- Stay current on AI developments relevant to design and multimedia production.
Requirements
- Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong foundation in layout, typography, and visual systems.
- 2-3 years of agency experience with a portfolio reflecting strategic rationale.
- Basic video editing and production skills.
- Comfort collaborating with video specialists and translating design into motion.
- Actively use AI tools in workflow as a production assistant.
- Proactive and self-directed work style.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
