About the Role

We are currently recruiting a high volume of Senior / Executive level home lenders to join ANZ as we are rapidly growing our proprietary home lending team. We would love to hear from experienced lenders, whether it be residential or commercial lending, at all levels of experience. ANZ is committed to growth in the Australian home and investment lending market and we’re recruiting more lending managers to support our aspirations. Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with customers to coach them through the home loan journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Build your own lending capability with great training and development opportunities and specialised coaching support.
Grow your skills as a lender and expand your business opportunities and sources of referrals.

Requirements

Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience.
Experience working in a sales role that has financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise, coupled with the desire to build your network and promote ANZ.
Strong customer focus and the ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections.
Financial savvy, with a keen attention to detail.
An active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions.
The ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills, coupled with great presentation and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude and the desire to be part of a productive, supportive and collaborative team environment.
