Responsibilities
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
Requirements
- Must have access to your own vehicle
- Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car
- Must provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle before starting
- May be required to reimburse the company for training costs if voluntarily leaving within the first 12 months
