Responsibilities

Market properties to potential tenants
Arrange and conduct property viewings
Negotiate offers
Agree new tenancies
Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

Requirements

Must have access to your own vehicle
Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car
Must provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle before starting
May be required to reimburse the company for training costs if voluntarily leaving within the first 12 months
