About the Role

The London office is seeking an Assistant to support the Music Touring Legal & Business Affairs team. This role involves administrative support, document management, scheduling, and project assistance, reporting directly to the Music Business Affairs Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for meetings and phone calls
  • Administer and file documentation
  • Format and compare Word documents and PDFs
  • Prepare and present internal training materials
  • Conduct research
  • Draft legal letters
  • Support the Music Business Affairs Executive with inbound queries
  • Organize travel and process expenses
  • Provide general business affairs support

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
