About the Role

Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm seeking an ambitious and passionate early career Attorney. We handle complex cases and provide attorneys and staff with the support they need to best serve our clients. Our team members play a critical role in our mission to make a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of approximately 150 cases, with around 50 actively in litigation each month, guiding each from intake through settlement or jury verdict.
• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
• Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies.
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating passionately to secure favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law.
• Active and in good standing with your local State Bar.
• Must be currently located in the state where this job is posted.

Skills

• Trial advocacy experience strongly preferred.
• Moot court experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional ability to articulate case strategies.
• Exceptional ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Salary/Compensations

• Competitive Compensation: Attorneys at our firm typically earn between $150,000 and $350,000 annually.
• Starting base for this early career position will most likely be located closer to $80-100k with additional compensation from settlements and verdicts.
