About the Role
Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is seeking an all-star property casualty litigator with at least 3 years of experience to assist with our vibrant and growing practice. We handle complex cases and provide each attorney and staff with the support they need, enabling us to best serve our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage cases in state and federal courts
- Supervise and mentor staff
- Manage discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Write petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs with little supervision
- Prepare for trial
- Learn about the business of practicing law
Requirements
- 3+ years of Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation experience required
- Must be admitted to practice in the State of California
Location
- Based anywhere within the US

- 90% remote - 10% on-site

Salary/Compensations
- $100,000-$150,000 is average take home pay
- Competitive, top-of-market salary and/or the option to get paid based on production
- Production based compensated attorneys make mid-six to seven figures annually
