About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking/packing, kitting, and shipping, ensuring efficient product movement from suppliers to clients. This role requires adaptability to pivot quickly between functions and a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and organization. The position involves significant physical activity, including lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, and repetitive manual tasks.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Assemble kits and complete kitting assignments
- Manage various shipping methods, selecting the most cost-effective option
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
- Pivot quickly between receiving, picking/packing, kitting, and shipping based on daily warehouse priorities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Follow company procedures and safety protocols
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Warehouse experience
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to use an RF scanner
- Comfortable using a computer day-to-day
- Solid experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience navigating warehouse systems
