About the Role

For the operational and administrative use in an operations center, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) with at least the qualification of a certified security and safety officer for the Berlin Tiergarten location.

Responsibilities

• Control of service execution and guidance of employees
• Support employees in emergency and exceptional situations
• Inspection of properties to identify local changes
• Checks for compliance with regulations on occupational safety, health, and fire protection according to safety regulations, with logging
• Emergency staffing of properties for short-term requirements or employee absences
• Alarm tracking according to service instructions and support of Securitas Mobil upon request from the operations center
• Carrying out property recordings and coordination tasks for special services
• Acceptance and cancellation of services and status messages for individual workstation monitoring
• Realization of existing customer orders/employee orders
• Acceptance and processing of additional requirements
• Re-planning in case of sick leave or no-shows by employees
• Processing of alarm and fault messages in the properties, as well as with customers according to specifications, including the organization of separate security services
• Management of control inspectors (guidance, control, task distribution)
• Control and guidance of deployed personnel in service properties
• Maintenance of service operations outside of business hours
• Management, acceptance, and issuance of keys, office supplies, vehicle documents, etc. stored in the operations center

Requirements

• Qualification as a certified security and safety officer
• Confident command of the German language, both spoken and written
• Confident command of common MS Office applications
• Car driver's license required
• Friendly yet firm demeanor
• Strong social skills
• Experience as an operations manager/property manager is an advantage
• Resilience, organizational talent, communication skills, reliability
