About the Role

Join the Cloud Engineering/Managed Services team to onboard and secure On-Guard AWS hosted single-tenant environments for key customers. Automate sustainable and repeatable architecture for future growth. This is a customer-facing position focused on the overall health of the AWS cloud-based managed service and developing key automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and secure On-Guard AWS hosted single-tenant environments.
• Develop key automation tools for customers.
• Create availability and health metrics.
• Monitor performance.
• Perform regular system maintenance.
• Architect innovative solutions for the On-Guard Cloud access control system.
• Automate routine tasks.
• Support the latest OnGuard versions.
• Design new automated solutions.
• Enhance monitoring of access control systems.
• Manage the customer’s OnGuard application, infrastructure, and underlying AWS environment.
• Onboard existing and new OnGuard customers.
• Support customer expansions and issues.
• Troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with internal and customer teams.
• Replace legacy on-premises access control servers and migrate them to the AWS-hosted OnGuard Cloud Access Control System.
