About the Role
Securitas is seeking multiple security employees (m/f/d) with at least a certified security and safety specialist (GSSK) qualification for a full-time position at the Berlin Mitte location. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of people.
Responsibilities
- Reception services
- Creation and administration of access passes including access control
- Telephone services
- Greeting and directing guests and visitor groups
- Key management
- Control and patrol rounds
- Accompanying guests, visitors, and external service providers
- Support for event services
Requirements
- Graduation as a Certified Security and Safety Specialist (GSSK)
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Confident PC skills, especially MS Office
- Strong communication skills, particularly for de-escalation and constructive conflict resolution
- Punctuality and reliability
- Foreign language skills are desirable
