About the Role

You will work closely with the founding team and the Founder's Associate on key company issues, bridging strategy and execution. You will analyze challenges, develop solutions, and implement them independently. You will gradually take on more responsibility for your own projects, gaining direct insight into building a fast-growing HealthTech startup.

Responsibilities

• Finance & Controlling: Maintain and develop the financial model, prepare monthly financial statements, support cap table management and investor reporting.
• Operations & Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements in daily operations. Automate repetitive workflows using tools like Make, n8n & Claude Code/Cowork.
• HR & Recruiting: Coordinate and optimize recruiting processes, support onboarding of new team members, and manage employee data.
• Special Projects: Independently take on strategic projects, including market and competitor analysis, introduction of new tools, or development of new processes.

Requirements

• Ongoing or completed studies at a renowned university (Bachelor or Master).
• First practical experience through internships or working student positions in a startup environment, management consulting, or VC.
• Analytical mindset, structured way of working, and hands-on mentality.
• High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 3 months availability.
