About the Role

As a Key Account, you will be the central point of contact for our clients, managing client relationships, ensuring application uptime, and driving improvements. Your role involves a blend of client management, operational troubleshooting, and strategic process development, translating technical concepts into business language and coordinating with the development team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact and Key Account for clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Translate client inquiries, requirements, and technical details into business language and vice versa, in collaboration with developers.
  • Perform 2nd-level support: analyze reported errors, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions with the development team or resolve them directly.
  • Manage ongoing quality assurance for applications, including browser compatibility, performance checks, and monitoring.
  • Take technical responsibility for the OpsHub, owning complexity, establishing KPI-based operations processes, and developing the team and its structures.
  • Proactively work on improvements to ensure high-quality application operations.
  • Contribute significantly to compliance and IT security within the scope of ISO 27001 certification.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience as a Product Owner, Developer, IT/Development Consultant, or a similar role with client responsibility.
  • Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and web/mobile development; hands-on experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders from both technical and business backgrounds, and confident direct client interaction.
  • Hands-on mentality: actively engage in support tickets, debug issues, analyze incidents and root causes, and use these insights to improve processes and operations.
  • Persistence with unclear issues: thoroughly investigate problems until solvable for development, and confidently communicate incomplete information back to clients.
  • Attention to detail and precision, high standards for quality, and a desire to be proud of one's work, balanced with an understanding of internal priorities and pragmatism.
  • Interest in actively using AI tools in daily work and exploring new possibilities.
  • Interest and enjoyment in setting up and further developing processes and reproducibility.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
