About the Role
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will own and drive end-to-end machine learning features, from problem framing and modeling to production and monitoring. You will leverage proprietary logistics, sensor, and geospatial data to deliver actionable intelligence to customers.
Responsibilities
- Own and ship innovative customer-facing data science and AI features including theft detection, routing intelligence, anomaly detection, and alerting.
- Drive initiatives end-to-end from ideation and scoping to modeling, production, and deployment.
- Develop creative solutions for complex, unsolved problems.
- Build with production-readiness in mind, including evaluation harnesses, precision/recall tracking, and shadow-mode testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, platform engineers, and stakeholders in an outcome-oriented process.
- Maintain high standards for quality, transparency, and rigor.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry data science experience with a track record of end-to-end ownership.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex modeling decisions for business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
