About the Role
The role involves managing the delivery of post-implementation Tier 3 services on the Workday platform for strategic and high-growth clients. It is a hands-on position requiring subject-matter expertise in HCM or Financials, client relationship management, and solution configuration, while contributing to internal practice development.
Responsibilities
- Provide service leadership to a portfolio of 4-5 strategic or high-potential Workday clients
- Proactively build partnerships through consultative engagement
- Maintain client optimisation and product roadmaps
- Manage client request intake, triage, and coordinate delivery with subject-matter experts
- Perform hands-on configuration and delivery of consulting services
- Manage delivery within contract capacity and perform monthly variance analysis
- Coordinate internal and client-facing meetings to prioritize work and track status
- Provide insights based on wider client base experience
- Position Workday AI capabilities to clients
- Foster strong relationships with clients and Workday partner executives
Requirements
- 3+ years of account management or service delivery experience in SaaS technical solutions
- 7+ years of experience in HRIS or Financial Applications consulting or project delivery
- Workday application certification or willingness to obtain and maintain required certifications
- Proven consultative skills to guide discussions and reach solutions
- Experience implementing complex business solutions under multiple deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proven experience working creatively and analytically in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated initiative and curiosity to build skills through training and documentation
