About the Role
As a Recruiter for educational professions at FiPP e.V., you will bring candidates and employers together, creating the foundation for better education and shaping a field with real societal impact. Start immediately in full-time (39.4 hours per week) at the FiPP headquarters in Berlin (Neukölln).
Responsibilities
- Independently manage the entire recruiting process to attract top talent for FiPP e.V.
- Collaborate closely with departments to understand needs and develop precise job profiles.
- Visit facilities on-site to gain a thorough understanding of the environment and support facility managers.
- Conduct structured phone interviews and screenings to identify top candidates.
- Manage application processes with transparency and empathy to enhance candidate experience and employer reputation.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to structure processes and maintain oversight, even with multiple concurrent recruitments.
- Proactively identify recruiting challenges, develop creative solutions, and support marketing initiatives and career fairs.
- Assist colleagues in personnel marketing to further strengthen the organization.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Personnel Management, HR Management, or a comparable qualification in human resources.
- Several years of recruiting experience, ideally in the social or educational sector.
- Sound knowledge of applicant tracking systems and proficiency with MS Office.
- Strong ability to address target groups effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and enthusiasm for networking events and trade fairs.
- Sensitivity towards people, diversity, and creating a positive candidate experience.
