About the Role
Penske Automotive Group is seeking an experienced DMV Clerk to join their team in Austin, Texas, to ensure accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles.
- Verifying title information.
- Identifying and resolving title issues.
Requirements
- At least one year of recent applicable experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Ability to handle multiple calls at one time.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area.
- Lifting no more than 20 pounds at a time and/or frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time.
- Standing and walking on occasion.
- Ability to push, pull, stoop, kneel, reach, grasp.
- Repetitive motion, primarily typing.
- Ability to communicate verbally and nonverbally.
- Standard Business Hours with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two to three years' administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
