This position is within our Food Enterprise business, focused on supplying food manufacturers, foodservice customers, and retailers with a full range of innovative ingredients and branded products, including poultry, beef, eggs, alternative proteins, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa, and chocolate.

Responsibilities

Independently act as the plant operator during startup, operation, shutdown, securing, and cleaning, and promptly identify changes or problem situations.
Adjust and set the production process, take samples.
Monitor and control plant production parameters.
Document process data, report and eliminate process disruptions.
Comply with all hygiene and work safety regulations.
Implement tasks to comply with legally required food safety requirements.
Proactively identify potential safety risks (work safety, food safety).
Control documentation orders.
Participate in training and further education.

Requirements

Successfully completed vocational training as a confectionery specialist or food technology specialist, or professional experience in a technical/food technology profession.
Forklift license is an advantage.
Basic IT skills (MS Office).
Basic knowledge of quality systems (ISO/HACCP).
Good technical understanding.
Independent and goal-oriented way of working and team spirit.
High degree of responsible and safety-conscious behavior.
Willingness for continuous further training.
Fluent German language skills (written/spoken), and ideally basic English skills.
