About the Role
We are looking for someone to own the platform end-to-end, leading engineering efforts and driving the platform's future with a focus on high ownership and ruthless optimization for speed.
Responsibilities
- Integrate with the C#/.NET game recorder over WebSocket JSON-RPC, handling screen capture, game detection, input capture, and video encoding.
- Debug across the Electron main/renderer split and IPC.
- Build server-side anti-cheat and fraud detection systems to prevent gameplay manipulation.
- Own the money path in Java/Spring Boot against Postgres, managing earnings, payouts, and status tracking on an auditable ledger.
- Build admin tools in Next.js for user management, session review, and payment processing.
- Harden the full stack on GCP, including security measures like mTLS, OIDC-authenticated Pub/Sub webhooks, encrypted secrets, and signed installers.
- Run marketplace mechanics, including A/B testing task configurations to optimize training data volume and quality.
- Build legal and compliance tooling for ToS versioning, geofencing, GDPR DSR fulfillment, and contractor relationship management.
Requirements
- Experience integrating with C#/.NET game recorders over WebSocket JSON-RPC.
- Proficiency with Electron main/renderer split and IPC.
- Experience building server-side anti-cheat and fraud detection systems.
- Experience with Java/Spring Boot and Postgres for financial transactions.
- Experience building admin tools with Next.js, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience hardening full-stack applications on GCP.
- Familiarity with security practices such as mTLS, OIDC, and encrypted secrets.
- Experience with Terraform and debugging deployments.
- Experience running marketplace mechanics and A/B testing.
- Experience building legal and compliance tooling.
