About the Role
The dreieins Innovative Pädagogik gGmbH is seeking a dedicated educator for their Grundschule Pankow to support their creative and performance-oriented educational approach, where every child is viewed as gifted and capable of exploring the world through all senses.
Responsibilities
- Provide pedagogical education, upbringing, and care for children
- Document the developmental status of children
- Manage child integration and development observation
- Maintain language learning journals and create development reports
- Design daily group activities based on children's interests and abilities
- Plan and execute festivals, excursions, and events
- Conduct parent consultations
- Collaborate professionally with management and the team
- Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision
- Prepare and implement age-appropriate pedagogical projects
Requirements
- Completed qualification as an educator, integration specialist, or curative educator, or willingness to complete additional training as an integration specialist
- Several years of practical experience in crèche or elementary settings
- Identification with the principles of creativity pedagogy
- Strong, results-oriented communication skills
- High level of empathy
