About the Role

The dreieins Innovative Pädagogik gGmbH is seeking to fill a full-time or part-time position at the dreieins Grundschule Kaulsdorf.

Responsibilities

• Pedagogical education, upbringing, and care of the entrusted children and documentation of their respective developmental status.
• Acclimatization of children, observation of development, maintenance of the language learning diary, creation of development reports.
• Shaping the group's daily routine, taking into account the children's interests, wishes, and abilities.
• Planning and execution of celebrations, excursions, and events.
• Conducting parent-teacher conferences.
• Appreciative and competent collaboration with management and the team.
• Participation in team meetings, further training, and supervision.
• Preparation and implementation of child-friendly, developmentally appropriate pedagogical offers and projects.

Requirements

• Successfully completed training as a childcare professional, specialist in integration, or special needs educator, or a comparable socio-pedagogical qualification.
• Willingness to complete additional training as a specialist in integration.
• Several years of practical experience in the nursery or elementary sector.
• Identification with the guiding principles of creativity pedagogy.
• Strong, results-oriented communication skills and high empathy.
