  • Supports store management in daily opening and closing procedures and operations execution.
  • Collaborates to process shipments, restock, and place products while maintaining visual standards.
  • Ensures timely and accurate processing of omni-channel orders.
  • Adheres to store safety standards, inventory accuracy, and loss reduction.
  • Upholds all company policies and procedures to support store profitability.
  • Stays current with and responds to communication.
  • Contributes to sharing information with the team and participates in meetings and initiatives.
  • Guides and develops the Stylist team.
  • Takes responsibility for own development and professional growth.
