About the Role
Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, is seeking compassionate individuals to join their Complex Care team in Streatham Hill. This role involves providing essential care and clinical support to a young gentleman with cognitive impairments, focusing on respiratory management, medication administration, and tracheostomy care.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and carrying out respiratory & oxygen saturation management
- Administering medication via nebuliser
- Performing daily suctioning
- Cleaning, insertion, and replacement of a tracheostomy tube
- Monitoring enteral feeding (JEJ)
Requirements
- Experience caring for a client with a tracheostomy
- PEJ experience
- Experience with Ventilation Support / Nebulisers
- Experience with Suctioning
- Experience with Medication Administration
- Experience with Seizure Management
- Experience with Moving & Handling Equipment
- Experience caring for non-verbal clients
