Build and manage local market Instagram influencers to support an online Casino brand for a leading online Casino and iGaming provider.

Identify and recruit local influencers, streamers, creators, and community partners across Instagram.
Build and maintain a strong database of influencers within the assigned market.
Negotiate partnership agreements including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and fixed-fee models.

Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Commercial mindset with a focus on acquisition and performance metrics.
Fluent in the local market language and good command of English.
Experience within iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, Crypto Casino, or Affiliate Marketing.
Experience working with CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid partnership models.
Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, promo codes, and landing page optimization.
Experience launching campaigns in regulated or emerging iGaming markets.
