About the Role

This role offers an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist the opportunity to operate as a Multi-Store Audiologist, supporting a group of established clinics. You will play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting performance, and ensuring continuity of care, backed by the scale, stability, and investment of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova. The role provides variety, clinical autonomy, and commercial impact, moving beyond being tied to a single clinic.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care across multiple clinics
Provide continuity and stability across the region
Take ownership of clinical standards and customer outcomes in each location
Act as a trusted clinical presence for both customers and store teams
Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
Work flexibly across the region, including some evenings or weekends where required

Requirements

BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
HCPC registration
2+ years’ post-qualification experience
Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Full UK Drivers Licence and access to own Car.

Circa £43,000 DOE
Car allowance: £5,064 per annum
