About the Role

As an SAP Inhouse Consultant, you will play a central role in the further development of our SAP landscape, focusing on either Analytics or Finance/Controlling. You will advise our EDAG departments across applications and serve as a competent contact person for SAP topics.

Responsibilities

• Advise EDAG departments across applications and serve as a competent contact person for SAP topics.
• Coordinate, prioritize, and implement requirements in close coordination with the departments.
• Continuously develop SAP solutions in the Analytics (BW/4HANA, SAC) or FI/CO/PS within the S/4HANA landscape.
• Analyze and optimize business processes in reporting, finance, and project environments.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions (e.g., data models, reports, planning models, or customizing).
• Ensure a consistent, performant, and future-proof SAP architecture.
• Take responsibility for projects from conception through implementation to testing and acceptance.
• Support productive IT solutions within established IT service management processes.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops and actively share knowledge.
• Manage and coordinate external service providers.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in the SAP environment with a focus on Analytics (e.g., SAP BW/4HANA, SAC) or Finance/Controlling (SAP FI/CO/PS).
• Ideally, initial interface knowledge of the respective other area.
• Programming skills are a plus, but not a requirement.
• High willingness to perform and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and process- and goal-oriented skills.
• Very good understanding of business processes.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and assertiveness skills.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
